Our First Avionté CONNECT in Minneapolis

From August 4 to 6, we joined staffing leaders, tech innovators, and industry partners at Avionté CONNECT in Minneapolis for an inspiring few days of insights, conversations, and collaboration.

This was our first CONNECT, and we want to give a huge thanks to Avionté for creating such a meaningful space. It’s a community driven event that comes together to share ideas, strengthen relationships, and push the staffing industry forward.

Where people are at with AI in recruitment

As a new certified integration partner, we had the pleasure to introduce Avionté users to HeyMilo’s powerful agentic AI inside the platform.

Conversations quickly turned to how it could fit into such a wide range of staffing setups, from firms already finding creative ways to use intelligent recruitment automation to those just beginning to explore it.

Keynotes and Insights

CONNECT was packed with amazing sessions from tech innovation and recruiter productivity to leadership in a changing market.

One that stood out for us came from Odell Tuttle, Avionté’s CTO, who spoke about AI as an extension of a recruiter’s workflow.

He reminded us that the best tools should make people better at what they already do well, without forcing them to work in a whole new way.

That thought came up in more than a few of our booth conversations.

Our integration with Avionté is built with that in mind. We want to give staffing teams an easy way to engage candidates, screen at scale, and access detailed results right inside the platform they already know and use every day.

Connections That Count

We spent time with so many familiar faces in the industry, catching up, trading ideas, and enjoying the kind of conversations that only happen in person. Friends like Tom Erb and Lauren B. Jones were among the speakers sharing sharp, inspiring insights.

We also hosted dinners with teams where new collaborations started to take shape, and we’re grateful for the connections that made CONNECT such a success!

Beyond the Show

That wasn’t all. Between sessions we grabbed coffee, snapped photos, and enjoyed Avionté’s Brit’s Pub evening with lawn bowling, good food, and great conversation. Just a few highlights from a packed few days at CONNECT!

Looking Ahead

We left Minneapolis with new connections, stronger partnerships, and a clearer view of where an AI recruiter can make the biggest impact in staffing.
