Our Time in Dallas

From September 9–11, we joined staffing leaders, innovators, and partners at SIA’s CollaborationX in beautiful Dallas! As sponsors, we also exhibited at Booth #6135 - where we had the chance to connect directly with teams across the staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem, and share how AI agents are helping recruiters work faster at a fraction of the cost.

Keynotes and Insights

The agenda was full of perspectives on how AI is reshaping staffing. Barry Asin and Brian Wallins opened with a sweeping look at the evolution of workforce technology. Sharing their insights on topics from early VMS to the rise of AI-powered tools that redefine recruiter roles and client expectations.

Across sessions, it was clear that staffing leaders are now more focused on “how” to use it thoughtfully, and more specifically, how to balance automation with the work recruiters do best.

Voice AI in High Volume Recruiting Session

Our own CEO, Sabashan Ragavan, joined the roundtable on Voice AI in High-Volume Recruiting, where he shared how some of our customers are using voice interview agents to cut repetitive pre-screens, boost candidate response rates, and free up time for building client and candidate relationships. The session was lively and practical, with peers trading firsthand stories about adoption, challenges, and wins.

Connections That Count

Beyond the sessions, we reconnected with familiar faces and met plenty of new ones.

We also hosted a dinner at Terry Black’s BBQ on the second day, where conversations over brisket and ribs carried well past the event floor. It was the perfect chance to relax, share ideas, and start collaborations we’re excited to keep building on.

Looking Ahead

CollaborationX showed just how quickly staffing is moving toward a future supported by AI, as an amplifier of more and more teams’ best work. We left Dallas grateful for the chance to contribute, listen, and learn from so many industry voices.
